Brett Livingood is an eDiscovery Project Manager with IG360. Based in Phoenix, he supports numerous matters including employment, construction, privacy, and other litigation or data-heavy matters primarily for Clark Hill’s Arizona, California, and Nevada offices.

Brett has led and supported a wide range of eDiscovery projects, from “standard” ediscovery projects consisting of search terms and linear review to projects using analytics and technology assisted review. Similarly, data he has encountered include everything from emails and loose files to design documents, contract management databases, cell phones, social media, and many others. Brett earned two B.A. degrees from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law, where he wrote for law review. He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certifications.
